2. What are we planning to become in terms of leadership? It is crucial to ensure a robust voice. The leadership team encompasses everyone from within and around your organizations and this dialogue creates a shared journey and decides the future of the company
3. Is our organization aligned in the right direction and are we doing things differently? As the organizations are no more homogenous and it comprises of unique people with different perspectives. The people in organizations have differences in their opinion.
Companies are also deciding their leadership team and the alignment of their organization on a broader level while also understanding their points of discord
4. Can we close the gaps between the current situation and future goals? There are gaps between the current and the future scenario and it is the organizational nature to understand these gaps. 5. Leaders understand the importance of this moment and use the current crisis to ensure that their workplace policies are well drafted. If they choose carefully then these organizations can shape their culture in the right manner.
