Book Review: Leadership to Last: How Great Leaders Leave Legacies Behind

"Leadership to Last" is an honest book with an incredible journey on Indian industrialists. The book demonstrates not only how one goes from rag to riches but also the code of ethics that each mogul follows. As a reader, I found myself engrossed with quotes from Ratan Tata, Adi Godrej, Devi Shetty, Rahul Bajaj, and Kiran Mazumdar Shaw. There's a lot to learn for the new generation from these profiled leaders to bring in an institutional change in society.

There are no over-the-top statements or exaggeration, but the truth. Readers are going to enjoy reading and gain knowledge. One of the important aspects of the book is that the authors show how one idea can change society and help the country get the recognition it deserves.

Kudos to Geoffrey Jones and Tarun Khanna for portraying the essence of human nature with modesty, social responsibility, and forward-looking attributes. I would recommend budding entrepreneurs to go through the book.

The book has a positive outlook. What an honest perception and insight about the greatest magnates of India!
