a bit about me:

Hello, I’m Deepak Bhatt.

 

My work has always started with one simple question: what would meaningful progress look like - for a person, for a team, or for an organization? Over the last 20 years, that question has taken me across industries and boardrooms, classrooms and creative studios, strategy sessions and real-world problem-solving.

 

Today, I lead Global Management Consultancy as Founder & CEO, and I also serve as a Business Consultant for BW Businessworld Media in Gujarat. The roles are different, but the purpose is consistent: help people and organizations move from where they are to where they’re capable of being clearly, sustainably, and with impact.

 

Along the way, my journey has crossed a wide range of sectors - Academics, FMCG, Retail, Power & Transmission, Food & Agri-business, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Advertising, Media, and Education. Each space taught me something distinct: how markets behave, how people decide, how systems scale, and how change actually sticks. Those lessons shaped my approach to consulting practical, research-aware, and grounded in execution, not just ideas.

 

In June 2024, I took that same intent and gave it a voice by launching Business Talk, a podcast created to bridge academic rigor with practical insight. Through research-focused conversations, the platform brings together global academics and thinkers to explore emerging trends, innovative ideas, and transformative insights from business and academia, so listeners don’t just hear opinions, they engage with evidence and perspectives that can be applied.

 

What I find most rewarding, though, is rarely the big dramatic moment. It’s when a small piece of advice, or one simple action, triggers meaningful change, when someone sees a clearer next step, a team unlocks momentum, or a leader moves to the next level with confidence. That continual cycle of learning, growth, and real outcomes keeps me pushing boundaries and aiming for results that last.

 

Alongside consulting and content creation, teaching remains a vital part of my work. I teach MBA and Executive Education courses across areas such as Digital Marketing, Social Media Analytics, Organizational Development, Coaching, and Training & Development, because sharing knowledge isn’t separate from doing the work; it’s how we build the next generation of leaders who can carry it forward.
